春日神社秋祭りとは

篠山城下町の鎮守である春日神社の秋祭りは、350年以上の歴史があり、丹波篠山を代表する祭です。9台の鉾山、4台の神輿が篠山城下町を巡行し、笛や太鼓の音色が響きわたります。京都文化の影響を受け、雅な面と勇壮さを合せ持つもので、2017年に市の無形民俗文化財の指定を受けました。

鉾山巡行　9：50～　、神輿行列　13：10～

太鼓みこし上町　16：30～　、下町　16：55～

※10月19日（土）16時～22時／ 10月20日（日）10時00分～22時00分　は、魚屋町城西線交差点～尊宝寺（立町141）車両通行止め

伝統的建造物群保存地区（河原町）にて鉾建巡行

350年を超える篠山春日神社祭礼ですが、以前は屋根の上にそれぞれ特徴のある「鉾」を付けていました。ところが、今から110年程前、電気の開通に伴い道路上に電線が張られ、電線よりも鉾の方が高いため、鉾を付けた巡行は終わりを告げました。鉾山のシンボルを失い、地域の人々の落胆ははかなりのものであったと推測されます。

2021年、鉾山巡行路の一部である河原町通り約600メートルが無電柱化し、電線がすべて撤去されました。

これをきっかけに、河原町にある2基の鉾山「鳳凰山」「三笠山」の鉾山を修復し鉾山を建てて河原町を巡行することが出来るようになりました。

10月19日（土）15:00〜16:00は、三笠山・鳳凰山。10月20日（日）9:00〜10:00　は、鳳凰山のみ鉾を建てて河原町を巡行します。
