丹波篠山茶は、兵庫県一の茶処で、平安時代に始まり、祖先の技法と伝統を受け継ぎ栽培されています。日本のお茶処の中で最も平均気温が低く「丹波霧」によって茶の甘み、旨みがじっくりと蓄えられた美味しいお茶ができます。この伝統的な丹波篠山茶の栽培は、日本遺産に認定されている「丹波篠山デカンショ節」にも唄われています。
